Registration
Photomask Japan 2005 (PMJ2005) offers on-line registration this year. Please register on-line at all possible. All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN by credit card or bank transfer.

[NOTE] After 25 March, all attendees are strongly requested to register on-site. On-line registration was closed on 24 March.

All applications fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen.
Advanced registration fee is applied to those remittances by 24 March, 2004.

- Fee includes admission to all sessions, a Digest of Papers, a banquet ticket, and proceeding.
- Student Fee excludes a banquet ticket and proceeding.
- CD-ROM is optionally available.
- Students are requested to send a copy of their own student’s ID card by fax to the secretariat before the Symposium.
- The Proceedings will be shipped approximately 10-12 weeks after the meeting; the CD-ROM will be shipped 5 to 6 months after the meeting.

REMITTANCE
Payment of registration and other fee should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or by bank transfer. It should be completed by 30 March, 2005.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

Upon receiving your registration and payment, a confirmation bearing your registration number will be sent to you by e-mail. A receipt will be issued at the registration desk of the symposium site on the day.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
It is requested to notify the secretariat of your cancellation. When the written notice is received by 30 March, 2005, the cancellation will be accepted and a refund of fees will be made. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.) If you pay by bank transfer, your A/C No., A/C Name, Bank Name, Branch Name (Address) should be notified as well. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30 March, 2005. All refunds will be made after the Symposium.
