Photomask Japan 2017 (PMJ2017) offers on-line registration.
All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN(¥) by credit card or bank transfer.

REGISTRATION FEE:
All registrations fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen (¥).

Registration fees will increase after March 22, 2017.
On-line Registration will be closed on March 29, 2017.
* All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

REMITTANCE
Payment of registration and other fee should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or by bank transfer. It should be completed by March 31, 2017.

* Any bank changes including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
* If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.
* If you require an invoice for the payment, you can download the PDF of invoice from your personal page after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Receipts will be issued upon payment at the Registration Desk during the Symposium.

CHANGES OF REGISTRATION
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Photomask Japan Registration Office on or before March 22, 2017. If received by March 22, 2017, your cancellation will be accepted and a refund of fees will be made. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.) If you pay by bank transfer, your A/C No., A/C Name, Bank Name, Branch Name (Address) should be notified as well. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from March 23, 2017 onwards.
