Photomask Japan 2012 (PMJ2012) offers on-line registration.
All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN(¥) by credit card or bank transfer.

All registrations fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen (¥).

Registration fees will increase after March 31, 2012.
After April 1, payment can be made only with a Credit card.
On-line Registration will be closed on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the registration office.
Upon confirming your application and payment, you could confirm your confirmation from your personal page which it could enter from online registration form.
Receipts will be issued upon payment at the Registration Desk during the Symposium.

Please contact the registration office to notify any changes made to category or name of participant.

In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Photomask Japan Registration Office on or before March 31, 2012. If received by March 31, 2012, your cancellation will be accepted and a refund of fees will be made. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.) If you pay by bank transfer, your A/C No., A/C Name, Bank Name, Branch Name (Address) should be notified as well. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from April 1, 2012 onwards.
